Goal: “Fill The Field” on Festival Day by creating a brand packet to send to potential sponsorship partners to showcase what Movin’ On is, the Benefit Structure options for sponsorship deals, and some of the past sponsors on the field.

Position: Director of Events
Serving as a Director, I worked on the Exec Board to plan the end-of-the-year festival by booking headlining artists and setting up the stages for the event. coordinated all the promotional events leading up to the Movin’ On festival day including Spotlight Series where student acts would perform; Battle where students bands would compete for an opening slot at the festival; and Lineup Release where student acts would perform, merch would be sold, and the lineup video would be shown.
